My account has expired. How do I prolong it?

Employees

Contract of employment

The validity of the accounts of those employed under this type of contract is extended automatically on the basis of data from the human resources system. If your account expired but you are still an employee, contact the HR staff in your unit in order to update your status in the ASIMS system.

Civil law contract (didactician)

The validity of the accounts of those employed under this type of contract and using the USOS system is extended automatically on the basis of data from aforementioned system. If your account expired but you are still an employee, contact the HR staff in your unit in order to update your status in the USOS system.

Civil law contract (employees not mentioned above)

Those employed under this type of contract, who are not a part of the teaching staff, can extend the validity of their account (for up to 2 years) by sending a scan of the Account validity extension form to ithelp@agh.edu.pl.

Doctoral students

The validity of doctoral student accounts is connected to the status in the USOS system. Contact the Doctoral School to update your status.

Students (full-time and part-time studies)

The validity of student accounts is connected to the status in the USOS system. Contact the dean's office to update your status.

Participants of the non-degree postgraduate programme

Accounts for the participants of the non-degree postgraduate programme are created upon the request of the head of the programme. If your account expired but you are still an active participant of the programme, contact the head of the programme or the designated contact person.

Retired employees

Retiring employees can keep their AGH e-mail accounts. If your account will expire soon or has already expired, notify the IT Helpdesk about your wish to keep your account by writing an e-mail from your AGH e-mail address or by phone.
