Adding a network printer

  1. Find the drivers for your printer, dedicated to your operating system, on the device manufacturer's website. In case of multiple types of drivers being available, we recommend using PCL6. Download the drivers and install them.

  2. In the Windows search, look for "Printers & scanners".

  1. In the "Add a printer or scanner" pane select "Add device".
  1. Choose the device you wish to add and select "Add device". The device will be added to the list of connected printers and scanners.
