Creating a UNIX account

To create a UNIX account:

  1. Log in to the AGH Panel and open the "UNIX" tab. Choose the account you want to create: galaxy, student or mops, then click the "Create account" button next to the chosen account.
Attention

If you want to create more than one account, you need to do it separately. After creating the first account, you need to log out of the AGH Panel, then log in again and repeat the procedure with the second account.

  1. Check your AGH mailbox - you should receive a message with details about your newly created UNIX account.

  2. To view your password, open the link included in the message in a new tab and press the "Pokaż" ("Show") button.

Attention

The link is active for 7 days from the moment of the account creation, but the password can be displayed only once. If you click the link again, you will not be able to view your password.
