Database of AGH Employees and Students password

Setting your password in the LDAP system provides you with access to the UniTime service, or to external trainings. The service is accessible via a web browser.

The Database of AGH Employees and Students contains basic information on students and employees, which is used for the University's IT systems. The database's website's (https://ldap.agh.edu.pl/) only purpose is to set, change or recover the password stored in the database.

Database password - first set-up and recovery

1. Go to ldap.agh.edu.pl and enter your ID:

• an employee's ID is usually their AGH e-mail address in the @agh.edu.pl domain, however if you receive a "Niepoprawny identyfikator lub hasło" ("Incorrect ID or password") message, try to use your e-mail address provided by the Unit you are employed by (e.g. @cri.agh.edu.pl) if you own one,
• a student's ID is their Student ID number (album number).

2. If you need to set up your password for the first time or recover it, enter your PESEL number in the "Hasło" ("Password") field.

3. After verifying the submitted data, the system will ask you to confirm your e-mail address. If the displayed address is correct, press "Tak" ("Yes").

4. The system will confirm that the message has been sent. Check your inbox.

5. You should receive a message titled "Ustawienie hasła w Bazie Pracowników i Studentów AGH" ("Password set-up for the Database of AGH Employees and Students"), in which you'll find a hyperlink. Click it, and you'll be redirected to the website where you can set up or change your password. Enter your PESEL number again and then your new password (twice). Confirm your choice by clicking "Ustaw hasło" ("Set password").

6. If the submitted data is correct, you will see a message: "Hasło zostało ustawione" ("Password has been set"). You can now use your new password to log in to services.

Database password change

1. Go to ldap.agh.edu.pl and enter your ID:

• an employee's ID is usually their AGH e-mail address in the @agh.edu.pl domain, however if you receive a "Niepoprawny identyfikator lub hasło" ("Incorrect ID or password") message, try to use your e-mail address provided by the Unit you are employed by (e.g. @cri.agh.edu.pl) if you own one,
• a student's ID is their Student ID number (album number).

2. If you want to change your password, enter your current password in the "Hasło" ("Password") field.

3. Enter your new password twice and click "Zmień hasło" ("Change password").

4. If the submitted data is correct, you will see a message: "Hasło zostało zmienione" ("Password has been changed"). You can now use your new password to log in to services.
