To add your AGH e-mail account to the Outlook mobile app, you need to set it up manually.
Please follow the instructions carefully, otherwise the inbox will not work properly.
- Enter your @agh.edu.pl or @student.agh.edu.pl e-mail address and press the "Add Account" button.
- You will be redirected to the AGH SSO log-in page. Do not log in to your account! Instead, go back to the previous screen by pressing the "<" button located in the top left corner. Logging in to AGH SSO will cause your account to be configured incorrectly and your inbox will not work as intended.
- You will be redirected back to the initial screen but this time the option to "Set Up Account Manually" will appear – choose it.
- Fill in the fields following the example and instructions below. Once you've entered all the required data, press the "Sign In" button.
Attention
Use the Application password generated in Webmail (read more: Application password).

You can now use your AGH mailbox with the Outlook mobile app. However, if the set up failed or you do not see all of your messages despite following the user guide, contact the IT Helpdesk.
- To add your AGH e-mail account to your iOS mobile device (iPhone, iPad), open the default mailing app. Choose the "Other" account option on the welcome screen.
Attention
Use the Application password generated in Webmail (read more: Application password).
- Make sure that the "IMAP" tab at the top of the screen is active and fill out the fields following the example and instructions below. In the "Password" field, enter the Application password generated in Webmail (read more: Application password).
- Choose which applications you'd like to give access to your account. The first option is required and necessary for the mailbox to work, while the other one is optional. After making your choice, press "Save".
You can now use your AGH mailbox with the default mobile app. However, if the set up failed or you do not see all of your messages despite following the user guide, contact the IT Helpdesk.
