Microsoft 365 suite installation

Attention employees

To gain access to the desktop version of the Microsoft 365 suite (applications installed on the computer), you need to first log in to the AGH Panel, open the "Microsoft" tab and click the "Activate license" button. Wait at least 60 minutes before proceeding with the next steps of the installation.

  1. To install the Microsoft 365 suite applications, go to office.com and log in (Logging in to Microsoft 365) and click the "Install apps" button. Choose "Microsoft 365 apps" from the dropdown menu.

  1. An installer will be downloaded to your device - launch it.

The installer will automatically install all the components.

  1. Once the installation has finished, click "Close".

  1. After you launch any of the Microsoft 365 suite app for the first time, you will be prompted to log in. Click the "Sign in or create account button", enter your AGH e-mail address and press "Next". When redirected to the AGH SSO page, log in with your AGH e-mail credentials.
