DMS – nAxiom is a tool supporting electronic document management at the AGH University of Krakow. It enables the digital management of selected administrative processes and is a step towards improving document circulation within the university.
The system currently enables the processing of:
Work is currently underway to expand the platform with additional modules, including for handling the process of launching and updating information on postgraduate studies, applications for AGH entry passes, and applications for access permissions to selected IT systems.
DMS supports the organisation and standardisation of selected processes, enabling their implementation in a digital environment. The application significantly facilitates the coordination of activities related to the preparation, transmission and approval of documents within AGH units.

Access to the nAxiom service is available to employees with an email account in the @agh.edu.pl domain. It is automatically assigned to employees who have access to the implemented modules, and logging in to the service is done using SSO AGH.
The nAxiom service can only be used via a browser (Logging in to the nAxiom service) – it requires a permanent connection to the Internet.

Access to the system is automatically granted to employees who have authorisation for the implemented modules. You can log in to the service via AGH SSO using your AGH Mail e-mail address and password.
