About the service

The SAP S/4HANA system implemented at the AGH University of Krakow is a modern ERP solution that supports comprehensive management of the university's resources. It covers key areas of activity such as finance, human resources and payroll, fixed assets, project management, renovations, real estate, and integration with university systems.

The implementation of the system takes into account the diverse needs of AGH's organisational units and includes, among other things, data migration from source systems such as ASIMS and AssetsNinja, integration with internal systems such as IdAM and external services such as PeKaO24Biznes, and configuration of the SAP Integration Suite data bus.

How to use

There are two ways to use SAP:  

  • via a web browser (https://pulpit-sap.agh.edu.pl/) – after logging in with your AGH Mail credentials,
  • by installing the SAP Logon application on your device (only selected groups of administrative staff).

Access to the system is automatically granted to employees who have authorisation for the implemented modules. You can log in to the service via AGH SSO using your AGH Mail e-mail address and password.
