AGH SSO (Single Sign-On) is a mechanism that simplifies the process of logging in to IT systems. It allows the user to access many services and applications supported by the IT Solutions Centre and other AGH University units with a single authentication. Services that use the SSO authentication include: Microsoft 365, USOS, UPeL, AGH Cloud, Overleaf. The list of services available via SSO is being continuously expanded.
SSO AGH is an „On Premise” service, meaning it is provided locally by the AGH University’s IT Solutions Centre. The SSO environment is entirely hosted on servers that are part of the University's infrastructure, and it is managed and maintaned by the IT Solutions Centre's specialists.
The AGH SSO service uses the same password mechanism as the AGH e-mail, therefore to log in to it, use your AGH e-mail account log-in credentials.
The AGH SSO service is available to users who have an AGH e-mail account in the @agh.edu.pl or @student.agh.edu.pl domain. Read more about creating a new e-mail account at: AGH e-mail account registration. The service is only accessible via a web browser.
To log in to AGH SSO, you need to use your AGH e-mail credentials. Read more: Logging in to AGH SSO.
Since the AGH e-mail credentials are used to log in to AGH SSO, you can change your password in the settings of your AGH mailbox. Read more: SSO password change and recovery.
It is not mandatory, although we strongly recommend it. Read more: Two-factor authentication for SSO.
Services using AGH SSO: Microsoft 365, USOS (only students and teaching staff), UPeL, AGH Cloud, Sylabusy (only teaching staff).
