About the service

USOS is an IT system for comprehensive management of the course of studies, consisting of many modules available to AGH students and employees related to the teaching process at the University.

The USOS service is provided by the Department for Support of Study Service Systems in cooperation with the AGH IT Solutions Centre.

  • In case of technical or content-related issues with the USOS system, please contact the Department for Support of Study Service Systems (e-mail: pomoc-usos@agh.edu.pl)
  • In order to create an AGH e-mail account needed to log into the USOS system via AGH SSO, please follow the instructions: AGH e-mail account registration.
  • For information on how to change or recover your password, go to: SSO password change or recovery.
  • In case of other issues related to logging into the system, please contact the IT Helpdesk.

How to use

The USOS system is available to employees involved in the teaching process at the University and students who own an AGH e-mail account. Read more on how to create an e-mail account at: AGH e-mail account registration. The service is accessible via a web browser. To log into the USOS system, use your AGH SSO credentials.
