AGH e-mail is an „On Premise” service, meaning it is provided locally by the AGH University’s IT Solutions Centre. The e-mail environment is entirely hosted on servers that are part of the University's infrastructure, and it is managed and maintaned by the IT Solutions Centre's specialists.

Alias is an e-mail address. You cannot use it to log into any of the systems (always use your main e-mail address for that). Depending on the user group, an alias has the form of name.surname@agh.edu.pl or student_ID_number@student.agh.edu.pl. It can be set up in the identity settings in Webmail.
